Ethiopian Limu

The Ethiopian Nigusse Lemma Limu comes from a family-owned farm in Meto Gundb, in the Limu region of south-western Ethiopia. The farm owner, Lemma Edeto, began working with coffee nearly 60 years ago and has passed down his knowledge to his two sons Haile and Nigusse. Both sons maintain the farm, which their father recovered after it was confiscated in the 1970's by the Derg Regime. The farm sits at about 2,000 meters above sea level with natural spring streams and native indigenous varietals. The Lemma family also processes their coffee, giving them full control of the end product up to the final export stage. In February 2014 Nigusse and his family were recognized for winning the African Taste of Harvest competition, awarded by the African Fine Coffee Assocation. Ethiopian Limu; French Roast.

Brazil Mogiana

On July 11, 1985 the Cooperativa de Cafeicultores e Agropecuaristas (COCAPEC) was founded. COCAPEC began with almost 300 members in its first year of operations and today it has grown to over 2,000 members. The cooperative is renowned in this coffee-growing region for its technical support and natural drying methods. The technical department works in partnership with its members to guarantee consistent coffee quality. Currently, the high Mogiana region has an average annual production of more than one million bags of coffee, of which 85% is high quality beans produced at an optimal altitude and temperature. Our current offering is Fine Cup, the highest cup category in the Brazilian coffee grading. Brazil Mogiana; French Roast.

Java Blawan

The Jampit Coffee growing region lies on the slopes of Raung, a still active massive volcano on the island of Java, Indonesia. Java delivers the warming woody, earthy tones expected from fine Indonesian coffees. Full City Roast; French Roast.

Colombia Decaf Royal Select

The royal select water process used only pure water to flush caffeine from the bean. Many other methods damage the quality of the coffee and while this process does change the chemistry in the cup it leaves the pleasant chocolate and caramel tones in for you to enjoy.

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Konga Estate

This coffee hails from the Gedeo Zone in south western Ethiopia. This coffee is grown south of the town of Yirgacheffe in an area that also grows Corn and of course, Bananas. This is a classic Ethiopian coffee with rustic berry, faint stonefruit and a lemony bite.
